My choice of sound was the dragging of metal in the sand (found in the sound common library) that went well with the living treasure chest dragging its tired self through the sand. And to me (personally), the breathing grass tutorial (where we did an in symbol animation) inspired me to recreate that style of grass (because it was very visually appealing to me). So I did the grass again only this time, I made a lot of the grass (and made them dance using the bone tool) in my in symbol movie clip. But before that, I made something I'd like to call the prickle out of one symbol and a few copies of another and used the bone to make it bounce up and down. And before that, I imported a jpeg image (pyramids of Giza) to the stage, altered its size using one of the transform tools. Then I used the bitmap to make a few alterations to the image (Color Threshold: 150. Minimal Area: 6. Curve Fit: Tight. Corner Threshold: Few Corners.) and made that image into the background of my stage. The end result, my own twist of the Super Mario Bros. desert level. Actually it's not the same as that, but it was all I could think of.
